Before launching Avante, Ms. Fox was Principal and Head of the San Francisco office of American Capital, joining shortly after inception and helping to grow the firm from $150 million to $20 billion in AUM. During her career, Ms. Fox served on multiple Boards of Directors of portfolio companies and has been a passionate and committed supporter of women in business and private equity.
